This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how we handle appointment changes, no-shows, product returns, and refunds. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By booking with us or purchasing a product, you accept these terms.
Appointment Cancellations
We understand that schedules change. To keep our calendar fair for every client and for our specialists, we ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours before the start of your appointment.
- More than 24 hours notice — full reschedule or refund of any pre-paid amount.
- Less than 24 hours notice — a late-cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service price may apply.
- No-show — the full service price is charged. Repeat no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
Cancellations can be made through your account, by replying to your confirmation email, or by contacting us on WhatsApp at +1 (868) 772-1903.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge, subject to availability. Same-day rescheduling is treated as a late cancellation.
We'll do our best to accommodate emergencies (medical issues, family emergencies, severe weather). Please contact us as soon as possible — we waive late fees on a case-by-case basis.
Service Refunds
Treatments already performed are non-refundable. Aesthetic results vary between individuals; we cannot guarantee a specific outcome and do not refund a service on the basis of dissatisfaction with the result alone.
If you experience an adverse reaction or believe a treatment was not performed to professional standards, contact us within 7 days. We will review your case and may offer a corrective session, a credit, or a partial refund at our discretion.
Pre-paid packages and series of treatments are refundable for the unused portion if you cancel before the second session begins. After the second session, the package is non-refundable but the remaining sessions can be transferred to a different treatment of equal value.
Product Returns
Unopened products. You may return any unopened, unused product within 14 days of purchase or delivery for a full refund. The product must be in its original packaging with the seal intact.
Opened or used products. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of skincare, cosmetics, or wellness products once the seal has been broken — except in the case of a defect or quality issue (see section 5).
How to return. Email info@braesthetic.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. We'll send you return instructions within 2 business days. Shipping costs for the return are the customer's responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund — including shipping — at your choice.
How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit / debit card via Stripe — credited back to the card within 5–10 business days.
- Bank transfer — refunded to the same account within 3–5 business days after we receive your banking details.
- Cash — refunded in cash at the clinic.
Loyalty points earned on a refunded purchase are reversed automatically. Any redeemed discounts used in the refunded transaction will be returned to your account as a credit if eligible.
Gift Cards & Promotional Credits
Gift cards and promotional credits are non-refundable for cash and may not be exchanged for currency. Unused gift-card balances remain valid for the period stated at the time of purchase (default: 12 months).
Chargebacks
We work hard to resolve any concern fairly. If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us first — chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in the suspension of your account and the loss of loyalty benefits.
